Processing Time

Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days before shipment. During peak seasons or sales events, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Note: Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time of 5-7 business days.

Delivery Information

What to Expect:

  • Our delivery partner will call you before delivery
  • Someone must be available to receive the package
  • Packages cannot be left unattended

Delivery Attempts:

If delivery is unsuccessful, our courier will make up to 2 additional attempts. After 3 failed attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

Special Circumstances

Holidays & Weekends:

Deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays. Processing and delivery times may be extended during holiday periods.

Weather Delays:

Severe weather conditions may cause delays. We will notify customers of any significant delays due to weather.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate replacement.
