Return Window

7-Day Return Policy

You may return items within 7 days of delivery for an exchange, provided they meet our return conditions.

The return period starts from the date of delivery, not the date of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for return.

Return Conditions

Items Must Be:

  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • In original packaging when applicable
  • Free from any odors (perfume, smoke, etc.)
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Undergarments and intimate apparel
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Sale items marked as "Sale"
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
  • Items returned after the 7-day window

How to Return

Step-by-Step Process:

  1. Contact Us: Email us atcontact@sabatales.com or call +92 333 516 46509 with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Get Authorization: We'll provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
  3. Package Items: Carefully package the items in their original condition with all tags and accessories.
  4. Include Documentation: Add the RAN, order confirmation, and a note explaining the reason for return.
  5. Ship Back: Send the package to our return address using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error.

Cost: Approximately Rs. 150-200 depending on location

Our Responsibility

We'll cover return shipping if the item was defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

Process: We'll send a replacement return product.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or color within the same product line, subject to availability.

Exchange Process:

  • Follow the same return process mentioned above
  • Specify the desired size/color in your return request
  • We'll confirm availability before processing
  • New item will be shipped once we receive the return

Note: If the exchange item has a different price, you'll be charged or replaced the difference.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue.

For Defective Items:

  • We'll provide a replacement with an appropriate label
  • Full replacement cost including original shipping costs
  • Option for immediate replacement if available
  • Extended return window of 14 days
